Maybe you should think of it this way, with no bad there can also be no good. As they are a bit like yinyang. There is no one without the other. So if you don't accept the bad, you might not reach the good there is too.

hmmm.. I guess that you will just have to try and survive with what there is. Everyone goes through this at some point.

Hmmm.. Some of us get it more regularly I guess. I guess you will just have to go through days one at a time.. I'm sure that you have loved ones to help you through? You can always talk... type to me if you want. You don't have to though!

Courage? Foolishness?

Now there's a potential debate. Some people say courage is fear that has said its prayer, but then... you don't like religion, which would probably mean you'd say that's foolish.

If courage is foolishness, then perhaps being a coward isn't so bad.

And that just doesn't seem right.

Courage can be foolishness, it's all in the mind. Everything's in the mind. If you refuse to accept the negative aspects, and that helps you get through the shitty parts of life, then go for it. It's a strength to you. It's all in how you think about, and in the end that's all that matters. It effects you.
